Homemade Theater should feel like entering a house, not browsing a polished arts center.
Homemade Theater started in 2016 when Chadi El Haber turned a flat in an old Beirut building near Furn El Chebbak into a small, warm theatre space.
It is not only a theatre company. It is a school, house, rehearsal room, archive, and community where people train to speak, move, remember, and transform.
The site is built around that feeling: an old wall, a warm lamp, chairs, paper notes, fear, laughter, and people becoming braver.
